Here’s a five step exercise to help you prepare for an impactful transition into the new year. ✍🏼

1. Reflect on YOU. Personality, and 2020 self. What do you love about yourself? What are you not so crazy about? Where can you improve?

2. Fight your fears. In what situations do you find yourself making excuses for yourself, blaming others, or avoiding it all together? Make a list. Be real.

3. Dream on. List your dreams for 2020 (and beyond). What can you do next year to help move you closer to achieving them? Make a few promises to yourself & think about the consequences of breaking them.

4. Compare & contrast. How is your dream life (or self) different from or similar to your present life (or self)?

5. Act NOW. Commit to a better tomorrow, today. What’s one thing you can do to ensure 2021 is a better year? If health and fitness is top of mind, maybe you start the new year with a new routine... (like HAL21?) πŸ™ƒ

Keep your responses from this exercise close. Don’t underestimate how much you can accomplish in a year - dream big! πŸ€”πŸš€
