Personal Training

In search of a transformation? Want a curated, hands-on approach to fitness? Personal training may be for you! I offer completely personalized, big impact training programs in the Los Angeles area. My signature plan includes two in-person training sessions per week, supplemental virtual workouts, personalized nutrition coaching, and valuable accountability and support. Sessions can occur at your home or mine. Contact me for more info!

Virtual Coaching

Coaching for all. I provide clients with the guidance, accountability, and support through virtual one-on-one coaching. This option provides clients with access to all the benefits of having a coach, while having total control over their own schedule and implementation. I support clients in all areas of wellness: fitness, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle. Contact me to learn more!

Group Coaching

Some things are just more fun with friends. I offer group coaching for small-medium sized groups that want to achieve change together. There is true POWER in community.

HAL Coaching Groups include access to a private website page with customized resources such as fitness videos, as well as access to a private Facebook page and ZOOM office hours. If you have a group you’d like to get together for a HAL program, reach out to me and we can get one set up for you & your friends, family, colleagues, etc.
