To keep your momentum & motivation up before HAL21 begins, I’ve gathered some pre-program workouts for you to complete over the next few weeks!

Some of these workouts you may have already seen in your free week, and some of them you will see again in HAL21 (you’re gettin’ a head start ;)) Enjoy!

 
 
Today we are learning how to fire up and strengthen the CORE! Quick cardio burst included.
There's only 4 moves in this quick HIIT workout. We'll be doing 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. Go for 4 rounds total!
 
Grab a set of light weights (3-5lbs) - let's get movin to some DRAKE tunes!
I promise you'll be feeling those arms in just 10 minutes! You'll need a set of medium/heavy weights (8-15lbs). We'll do as many rounds as possible - flowing through 6 moves - 7 reps of each!
 
No equipment is needed for this 40 minute toning workout! We're focusing on form today - but I promise you'll still get a nice burn and lil sweat. :)
We'll be firing up the abs in this core workout - starting with activation, and then hitting some cardio and toning moves! No equipment needed.
 
Updated version! All you need for this workout is a set of optional light weights. Get ready for a quick arms and abs burn!
 
Grab a set of weights (5-12lbs). We are working the full body through 3 fun circuits. Heart rate will climb, and muscles will be burning!
Stretch out the body in less than 10 minutes!
 
Supersets, Tabata, and mat work all in one! All you need for this booty burn is a heavy resistance band.
All you need is a medium resistance band for this upper body blast! We'll be alternating between band supersets and tabata bodyweight circuits.

Let's HIIT it! I'll be going throuh two kick butt cardio circuits with you. We're working out to classic rock!
 
This AMRAP has 5 ab moves (but the first move kinda counts as 4 moves in one). We're completing as many rounds as possible in this 8+ minute song! After each round, we'll add on an additional rep to each move!
Chest, shoulders, triceps oh my! No equipment is needed for this upper body blast.
