Start logging your food tomorrow (Friday) and continue through Sunday. I recommend just logging everything in the notes app on your phone, and then filing out the form at the end of each day or at the end of the three days.
Transfer over your food log to the 3 Day Diet Record form and upload it below when you’re finished!
NOTES: We will do this TWICE over the 2 week exploration phase. Please do not modify your usual eating habits and be sure to be completely honest with me.. (I need to see the full picture)! No judgement ever. xo
