Hi love! Let’s do ONE day of food (and drink) logging! I’d love to see where you’re at with this increased activity.

  2. Download and view the 3 Day Diet Record here.

  3. Log ONE day of typical eating. I recommend just logging everything in the notes app on your phone, and then filing out the form at the end of each day or at the end of the three days.

  4. Transfer over your food log to the Day Diet Record form and upload it below when you’re finished!
