Grab a mat and a light-medium dumbbell and start with a core strength workout!
Then hit the dumbbell build video - you’ll need one medium set of weights and one optional heavier weight for this quick workout! We are doing a build format - adding one move each round and always starting from the top. We are going up to 6 rounds with 6 moves total - some bodyweight, some weighted. Crush it!
