Let’s warm the body up first! Hit the pre-run warmup and decide whether you want to do strength before or after the run! Once you’re warm and ready, choose a guided run from the link below OR pick out a Peloton one. Run as much as you can, but walk as much as you need. Challenge yourself with your weight choices in the 20 min strength! Crush it :)
