CALL NOTES

  • reviewed cons of Akron job (and some big PROS!) So excited for you!

  • Done with UH on the 23rd

  • Starting at Akron on the 16th of Jan

    • working every other weekend & every other holiday

  • Reviewed Goal to Action worksheet

    • selected one action item to complete this week

    • 3x cardio workouts / week

      • friday —> run + core

      • monday —> peloton (45 mins + 10 min core… Olivia’s core workouts are my fav)

      • Wednesday —> cyclebar

      • additional workout of choice on Sunday if not called in

      • add core to cardio workouts whenever possible

  • Potentially joining a gym!!!

    • would love for you to drop down to 4x / month cyclebar and join gym

    • can incorporate stair stepper workouts and sauna!!!

  • Taking new supplements (YAY)

    • 1 scoop innate magnesium / day

    • 1/2 scoop recess before bed
