HIGH LOW WORKOUT

ENDURANCE!!!

This cardio + toning workout features a new high low structure. We'll do a low impact exercise for one full minute, and then head right into a higher intensity version of that move for a 30 second push. This workout is a great endurance challenge!

DUMBBELL TONE

You'll need a set of medium weights (5-12lbs) for this full body toning workout. We'll be working the full body in three dynamic circuits! :) Warmup and cooldown included!

LOWER BODY SCULPT

Let's get a quick burn in for the lower body! Burn out the booty and jam out to some Justin tunes. Light weights optional!
