BOOTY AMRAP

All you need is 10 minutes and a resistance band loop for this quick booty burn! We’ll do 7 reps of 7 moves, and repeat until the 10 minutes is up!

The Moves (7 reps of each):

  1. bridge

  2. bridge pulse

  3. bridge open & close

  4. clam

  5. straight leg lift

  6. donkey kick

  7. fire hydrant

Make sure to alternate rounds for the single side moves!

Set your timer and do As Many Rounds As Possible of these 7 moves (7 reps each)!
