Hello my sweet family! Welcome to week eight of the TWTU program. WOW we’ve come a long way. Don’t you dare slow down now - we have three killer weeks left in this journey. I have some fun (and challenging) workouts ready for you below. Let’s get after it!

UPPER BODY STRENGTH & HIIT

Grab a set (or two) of dumbbells and get ready to burn out the upper body! We'll start with a warmup, followed by a quick HIIT cardio series, then a biceps & shoulders strength series, back to cardio, and finish with a triceps and lats series! WOO

QUICK ABS & BOOTY

BEACH WORKOUT!

Join us in the sand (or at home) for this quick equipment free workout that targets the abs & booty!

HIIT w/ HAL #4

6 moves. 30 on, 15 off. 3-4 rounds. You ready?

In the video below, I’ll demo the 6 moves and then go through round 1 with you.

The moves:

  1. In & out squat jumps (low and fast)

  2. Plank tuck & bear (left, center, right)

  3. Side lunge & 4 high knees (right side)

  4. Chest to floor burpee w/ 2 pushups

  5. Side lunge & 4 high knees (left side)

  6. Squat star jack

No equipment is needed for this HIIT workout! There's 6 moves in this circuit. You'll do each move for 30 seconds and rest for 15. Do a total of 3-4 rounds!
 

LOWER BODY LADDER WORKOUT

We'll use a medium resistance band loop and light weights in this lower body workout, but it can also be done with no equipment.

JOHN MAYER CORE SCULPT

All you'll need for this fun workout is a set of (optional) weights (2-5lbs). We're working the core & maybe do a lil cardio ;)

 

UPPER BODY BLAST

Grab a set of dumbbells for this quick and effective upper body workout!

FULL BODY BANDS

We'll be using a band to add resistance in this full body workout! Warmup and some cardio is included :)
