YOU MADE IT.

Your final week of TWTU. How does it feel? How do YOU feel?

When you signed up for this journey 10 weeks ago, I imagine you signed up for change. Though I am sure at the time, you really had no idea how much change you would actually endure. I sit in awe every day at what you all accomplish, and how bright and beautiful our TWTU family is. You inspire me, and we empower each other.

Whether you can plank for 3 minutes, finally complete a full run (and enjoy it), or simply just commit to breaking a sweat regularly, you should be HELLA proud. Way to step out of your comfort zone, embrace challenge, trust the process, and commit to change. Let’s CELEBRATE with some kick-a$$ workouts this week!

TIMES TWO HIIT

Judging by how sweaty I am in the thumbnail below - I think it is safe to say you’ll need a towel for this one.

All you need for this full body workout is a set of weights (somewhere between 5-12lbs). We're doing a new format today - alternating between dumbbell & bodyweight moves, and doing each move TWICE before moving on to the next!

BUNS N GUNS

Jamming out to Kota the Friend! We're burning out the buns n guns in this workout. You'll need two sets of weights - one set medium/heavy and one set light.

TWTU CELEBRATION RUN

BECAUSE WE HAVE SO MUCH TO CELEBRATE.

MAT BOOTY TONE

No equipment, no squats, no standing! Quick, low impact booty burn. We're jamming out to DMB!

HIIT w/ HAL #5

Let's HIIT it! I'll be going throuh two kick butt cardio circuits with you. We're working out to classic rock!
 

THROWBACK UPPER BODY SCULPT

You'll need a set of light weights (3-5lbs) for this upper body sculpt workout. We're jamming to some throwback tunes!

DUMBBELL HIIT w/ HAL #2

Grab a set of weights (5-12lbs). We are working the full body through 3 fun circuits. Heart rate will climb, and muscles will be burning!

Wait… NOW WHAT?

Your journey is not over.

In fact, I like to think it has only just begun. These ten weeks have flown by, and while you have accomplished INCREDIBLE things during the length of this program, I think THIS is arguably the most challenging part - THE END! Why?

  1. Because (of course) I don’t want our time together to end.

  2. Because you now have to CHOOSE how you will move forward. Will you accept your accomplishments as they are, and return to a pre TWTU lifestyle? Will you take your new skills and strength with you and create a post TWTU lifestyle on your own? OR, do you want to continue on this journey together as a family?

For those of you who aren’t quite ready to say goodbye, I have developed a solution. Introducing: wave x.

TWTU won’t be the same without YOU. And let’s face it, I’m not ready to say goodbye. If you’ve enjoyed this journey and believe you still have progress to make, or just simply want to maintain this lifestyle of fitness, accountability, and fun, wave x is for you. :)
