HOLY SH*T. Are we for real in our final TWO weeks of TWTU? Time has flown by… and I hope you’re feeling proud of how far you’ve come. It is important for me to note (and for you to realize) that these workouts you’ve been crushing are ADVANCED. MOST people don’t have the skills and abilities (that you have developed) to complete these crazy moves and sequences I’ve been throwing at you. For this, you should be EXTREMELY proud!

Furthermore, I’d like you to spend some time thinking about your current state - physical, mental, emotional. Is anything missing? Where else can you improve? If something comes to mind, please shoot me a text so that I can support. I’m here to help you in all areas of wellness!

LOWER BODY STRENGTH

Grab a set of dumbbells, a resistance band, AND a slider! We're using all things for this lower body strength workout. Warmup & quick cool down included.

BODYWEIGHT BLAST

No equipment is needed for this quick full body blast!
 

ARM AMRAP

I promise you'll be feeling those arms in just 10 minutes! You'll need a set of medium/heavy weights (8-15lbs). We'll do as many rounds as possible - flowing through 6 moves - 7 reps of each!

FAST DUMBBELL SWEAT

You'll need a set of dumbbells for this full body workout (5-12lbs). We'll be doing compound movements to work multiple muscle groups at the same time! #effective
 

CORE BUILD

We have a total of 7 moves + 7 rounds for this core workout! Each round, we'll add on a move. Oh, and we're rocking out to all Kings of Leon songs!
